Your 12 months subscription starts from when your subscription account is created. 

There is no automatic renewal of your subscription. When your subscription is close to ending (or after it has ended) you can decide if you want to pay for another 12 months. 

In the unlikely event that Socialtools ceases to be available, Croft Analytics will refund you a pro-rata amount based on the remaining number of days of your subscription from the date that the tool is no longer available.
